There's a problem on all games at a certain time of the day, usually mid day, that the game gets very dark when you look at the sky ir the sky is even slightly on your screen.
When you look doen the sky gets very bright but you can see everything else more clearly. This is very annoying and please put a gamma/brightness slider ingame. Update your settings menu more.
