I'm unable to replicate, seems to happen at random. While walking around I'll find an equipable container item, like backpack, pants, shirt, etc. I'll equip the item straight from the ground. The top of the inventory will show i'm wearing the item, but it's individual inventory below won't show at all, as if it isn't being worn. Items picked up from the ground straight to inventory can go in this container, and it will have all of its normal effects, but I can't view it or the items inside. When I transfer the item to my hands, it and its inventory are visible and can be interacted with. Re-equipping the item doesn't fix the problem. Nor does dropping and re-equipping the item. Log out/in does not fix the issue. Closing out the game and reopening usually does. I can't seem to replicate the problem predictable.
