I was in Roztoka in Livonia managing my inventory, switching a suppressor on my Scorpion to an FX45 that I just found and then randomly died with no zombies around me (I know that a player did not kill me either) and then the game crashed and I logged back in as a fresh spawn. I was playing on the NY 2535 (Temporary) server.
