Description

When the server has a high population count, cars are basically useless and dangerous. We removed a tire from a Gunter that we had just fixed. So no one could steal it while we were logged out. When we logged back in and tried to reattach the wheel it sent the car flying straight into the air, landing hundreds of yards away from us destroyed. This has happened twice this week. Another time we tried driving one with high population and the car jumped and bucked around so much it was impossible to drive.

Also the car is buggy and jumps all over of you're just trying to drive it with a high server count.

Event Timeline

I suffer this on my private single-player server. I am convinced that it is not only the population that causes the appearance of this phenomenon but the multitude of spawned objects. This old bug reappeared after a nice working long period, 2 days ago, after an update of DayZ server.

Cars should be more client side driven instead of the server trying to calculate where you should be when driving since freezing for a split-second the server thinks you steer left/right when you didn't.
Also if you drive a car into a town going at a decent speed you just freeze and crash when trying to load a town, i'd love to have a setting to reduce my visibility distance for better load times.
