I have, several times, been “locked out” of using my own rented server. And have contacted Nitrado each time. They migrate the server and it fixes. However the last time this happened, 5 days ago, due to whatever reason Nitrado was delayed in responding to my issue by almost 30 hours. So while playing on a friends server I noticed the following.

The initial “Connecting failed” message occurs when logging in to my server on an alternate account, then re-logging on my main account after a restart or game freeze. The main account and ALL my alternate accounts are then unable to log onto the server. However, any other player on the planet can still Log onto the server and play. Here’s where I noticed that after playing a friends server, when my game freezes on his server, I can then log into my server.

Not sure if the info is relevant but may be useful to you or Nitrado in avoiding having to migrate a server every time this happens. Anywho... I’m off to try any get my fame to freeze on my friends server... seems easier than dealing with Nitrados customer service team.
