Hello, I ran into such a problem during a long game, the game process consumes a large amount of RAM, due to the fact that you run a large number of locations, after which friezes and crashes begin, I personally can use all 12 GB of RAM.
I am not an expert in game development and optimization, but is it possible to add some kind of auto-cleaning of RAM in future updates, or something else that could solve this problem?

Steps To Reproduce
Step 1. go to the game and connect to the server.
Step 2. move around the map for 2 hours.
Step 3. meet the friezes.
Step 4. get crash.

Can you please try the following and let us know if your issue still persist?
Verify the game data through Steam and delete the configuration files when prompted to do so (make sure Steam cloud sync is disabled for DayZ before doing this)
Open the DayZ launcher
Select PARAMETERS menu
Select ALL PARAMETERS tab
scroll down and check "Bulldozer" parameter
Launch the game
Once launched, close the game
Uncheck bulldozer
Launch the game again without any parameters
Also, does this occur on vanilla version or modded servers?
