I had been working on repairing a vehicle, I got it to the point that all it needed was wheels. I found a wheel, put it on and it started spinning out of control half way in the terrain. Even after managing to remove the wheel it continues to spin in the terrain and now every part of the vehicle is damaged to red. Including the wheel.
