I was playing on ps5. Game completely froze. Game kicked me back to home screen. When logged back on, all of my stuff was gone. I was fully kitted out and had been on some character for weeks. This is unacceptable. I'm considering asking for my money back. I love this game, but I hate that this has happened. Can this be fixed?!
