This is the 5th or 6th time I've encountered this bug so I have decided to bring it up. That, and it easily ends days of character building as it did to me 5 minutes ago.

The issue is in the Inventory. It presents as being UNABLE to use certain basic mechanics such as picking up an item (in vicinity box or out), unable to drop an item (in weapon wheel and in inventory), and unable to use an item (in hands or inventory). Which item is affected is random or so it appears as some items work fine. An example is bleeding and needing to wrap the wound. Using the Rags simply will not work. Dropping it from hands or weapon wheel also does not work. However dropping it from inventory DOES work. In addition, once dropped it then cannot be picked up. Nor can anything else, leaving me to bleed out despite having everything I need to stop it. This particular instance has occured twice. In the 4 other instances I noticed it without being in combat. The only fix is to relog into the game.
