When placing a fence kit, or even after building the fence (or watchtower), the base building menu does not show up. Therefore, one can not access items placed on the fence/watchtower through the menu.

This happens in the industry building with the big blue doors. More specifically, these coordinates in Chernarus (3821;12989).
