When trying to view someone in the dark/night who is running with a glowstick through the scope of the mosin, the light of the glowstick doesnt illuminate the area, you just see the glowstick itself and everything else is still dark.

Steps To Reproduce
At night, aim at an activated glowstick through the scope of the mosin. You cannot see the light it casts.

Have not tested on flares, flash lights, or torches yet.
Have not tested through just scope in hand.
Have not tested scope on other weapon (sk).
Have not tested with other scopes.
