I was driving a recently repaired sedan when the game audio and picture froze. I hit the brake to stop, when it finally synched up again the car was further down the street having not stopped but having hit nothing the car was totaled and my character was in pain.
This wasn't the first time this has happened. It has happened infrequently when the game seems to slow down either on Highways and settlements.
I registered just to file this bug report to help along the process and to bring attention to this problem.
