Not able to reload with holding triangle.

When you shoot a couple shots and then log off.. When you are back online again... The magazine you still have in the gun wont be come out with holding triangle anymore.. (Through inventory possible via circle) only relog does fix this because when this magazine is back in the gun its the same issue again. 2-3 shots logged off.. Logged in triangle does not work to reload. Only circle when the glitched magazine is in the gun.
