Character desynced from the server( official eu 2188). Attempted to log out. Message came up with the "your character stays on the server while logging out" pop-up but no countdown timer.Same was happening to the friend I was playing with,he suggested we close application to relog. I closed the game on the ps4. After launching the game again it would not let me on to the server saying connection failed,an unknown error has occurred. I restarted the app several times and the console to no avail.During this time my friend was having the same issue but managed to login,it showed me on the server on the online player roster.I waited 20-30 mins then tried again, it finally logged me in but to my shock and dismay I am a fresh spawn on the coast.Miles from where I was, my friend,and loosing all of my hard earned inventory.
