I'm newer to Dayz and just installed the update 1.23. I started a new game and eventually got a backpack. I'm not sure if it is be for or after equipping a glow stick and/or a radio ( I had both prior to getting a backpack). I'm not able to select any items in the backpack other than the glow stick and 9v battery.
