Steps To Reproduce
Something do do with unplugging their ethernet cable from the console while performing an action in game crashes the server. They then relog in in an attempt to duplicate in game items.
Additional Information
No idea which players are doing it but they are on the server mentioned now and have been for last couple of hours. Check the server, it has been crashing every 5 minutes for the last hour.
