There is a glitch I've seen, that causes you to be unable to access your inventory. It can be resolved by logging out and back in, driving a short distance, or going up a ladder and then back down. I don't know what causes it, it seems to happen without cause and is not connected with any in game items (I don't think) It isn't location specific, happening to me in berenzino, kamensk, and solnichy.

Steps To Reproduce
I don't know. Cars, swimming, ladders, anything that makes you unable to access your inventory. mess with those and see if the glitch happens to you once you leave the ladder/car/water
Additional Information
It may be connected with the inability to access inventory while driving, swimming, and going up ladders seeing as driving and going up ladders have been known to fix the glitch. NOTE : quick slots still appear, but are unusable during the glitch. Glitch may possibly resolve itself over time without logging/ladders/driving.
