Playing game normally on Xbox One X and experiencing bad desync.

Doesn't seem to be related to anything in particular but happens 15-30 after logging in. I go to use something and it's not accessible. Relog and everything works again only to desync again after a few minutes.

I'm on the west coast playing on LA 8246 server. Network connection test shows triple digit Mb down and double digit Mb up with zero percent packet loss.

I haven't experienced desync in 1.09 that I can think of. It's been awhile since the last time, maybe 1.08 or 1.07. It's so bad with 1.10 Exp it's game breaking and unplayable.
