Myself and others are having issues with our items inventory and while in hands. It seems to be a desync issue when trying to use anything with your hands you are unable to access anything and need to relog over and over each time it happens.

I find this happens most when I use the quick wheel. When I put my knife ext away it becomes bugged in my hand and I have to relog then it shows in my hand again.
