Patch 1.09.
I found two helicopters that I had on the official DE 0846 server. And none of them had weapons. No one was on these helicopters and did not collect the loot. The online server at this time was extremely small. I did not find weapons in patch 1.09 on helicopters on other official servers either.

Rare helicrash loot is now opted out from count in cargo of player-owned storage items (tents, crates,..) - NOT WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
