I crafted two fishing hooks from chicken bones and combined them with an earthworm each. One of them was stuck on the ground and could not be interacted with.
Tryed again after relog with a new fishing hook and the bug appened again.
I used a kitchen knife to both craft the hooks and dig up worms.
