Cannot join the public server I am playing on. Earlier today I kept getting message not received errors during playing and was disconnected to the host. Eventually I was able to join but I kept happening over and over until I was a passenger in a car and now I cannot rejoin at all and the game is showing error message kicked from server.

I seem to be able to join another server but have not done so as my character would be moved which is not ideal.
