i cannot connect to certain EU servers.

Yesterday me and my friend "TFL283" were playing when he got the message in the title.
today i have it. I cannot connect to Dayz EU - DE 2521 (persistance on).

I have reinstalled my game on my ps4
i have restarted my router multiple times
i have succesfully logged into all community servers i have tried to connect to
i have succesfully logged onto SOME official servers i have tried to connect to:
for example :

• DayZ EU - DE 4442 : connection failed
• DayZ EU - DE 2191 : connecting failed
• Dayz EU - DE 9212 : connecting failed
• Dayz AP - SG0060 : connection succesfull
• Dayz US - LA0051 : connection suvvesfull

some time this afternoon i got back on it for 10 mins, after trying to open a door that did not want to open the game crashed again.

please advise. It seems to be only EU servers. I know a bit about networking but no idea how this could be on my end of it.
