Every time I start DayZ on PS4 I have to create my character in the main menu's "character customization". If the game is closed and started again, my selection is not saved and I have to recreate my character or else it is randomized after each death. Can this be saved between application closures?

Steps To Reproduce
Simply closing the DayZ application on PS4 and restarting it will randomize the character customization.
Additional Information
Not sure of this is by design or if it can be saved so it's not required with each start up.
