Every time the server restarts all locks are set to 000 and 0000 and are also un-interactable. All car batteries and 9v appear fully charged but do not work. After some while the server crashes and locks become intractable again but all batteries are drained and do not charge as well as continuing to not work with vehicles, lights ect.
