So this has been a persistent problem with the game for awhile now but seems much more common since the new update. Items become stuck in containers and have no way to get them out at all. Re logging or reseting the game does not fix and the only thing that works some of the time is when the server restarts. This is a huge issue especially since this update is focused on base building but that is hindered so badly when half your supplies are stuck in a box that you can't access making it not worth playing at all. I hope this issue is addressed ASAP because I literally can't get my gear out of my own base....
