Auto muting of random players on official servers
Need More Info, UrgentPublic

Description

Any random session a random number (from none to ALL 40-60 players) of players will be muted automatically with no action from the player.

Have confirmed this on 2 separate consoles with 2 separate Xbox profiles.

Very unfortunate in a game where speaking to another player can be difference between having a great experience vs turning into a hostile encounter where someone loses and as we all know, when you lose in DayZ you lose big. And that's exactly what so many of us love about this game!

Hopefully this is something that can get worked out so people continue having amazing experiences this game is known for. Rather than be unable to hear because the game randomly is muting people

Hello Toneluna.
Is it possible that the microphone cable has been unplugged, then plugged back in prior to the issue appearing?
Regards,
Geez
