nearly 100% of the time, i am unable to loot players that I kill. Even after the update, I will have to pick up a dead players piece of clothing, then log out and back in with it, in order to loot the contents of that item.

Vest, jacket, pants, backpack. So I'm logging 4 times in order to completely loot a kill.
