On one occasion i was logging back on to my character who was still alive but his appearance had completely changed (most the time its a sex change)

On another occasion i had just finished making my character, then when i spawned in, he had changed.

This happens every single time. I think ive only recieved the character i chose maybe 3 times in the last 2 weeks.
