Wile playing with other players or alone I am unable to hear other players aproch me at all or hear their accions some times.
They hear shoots wile being next to each other and I cannot hear them, it happened to other players too, while being all together that just one person can hear and others don't wile being together talking to each other. I use my headset plugged to my controller.

Steps To Reproduce
It happened too many times, players opening doors cannot be heard at all, opening the door behind me, or friendly players full sprinting towards me from behind and being unable to listen to the coming. Also players doing full sprind power attack with an axe I could not hear them at all from the back.
It happened to other players I can relay on their testimonials and couse it happened while we were together also.
