Wen you are looting other players it happened to me several times, you cannot access their loot even wen cutting them down. You see it on the proximity and can't get their items out of their clothes. You can get some items but not all of them. Wen these manifest, all the items you take away from the body and put it on the ground gets almost the same crash, you are unable to swap it to your inventory at all, take his clothes out to your hands to take the things out if you are able to take a clothing items with things insede out or to your hands you cannot take the things insede at all, you can go over them with the menu but can't take anything to the ground or to your inventory at all.
