Wen you open the inventory, that bottom half or the last row of the inventory cannot be access by any means, it happened to me with my backpack , a yellow rainproof one. The bottom part it was filled with ammo I guess. Before I transfered the ammo to the last slots of the backpack the inventory was working ok.
