once sick, player cannot cure sickness no matter what medicine is being used will not go away suicide is the only way to cure it but if you get sick again it will not go away, doesn't effect hunger or hydration but player will constantly cough and sneeze and if player eats to much he/she will vomit causing player to starve, makes the game really hard to play.
