Every time I start moving things around in my inventory a bit more than usual and there are several items nearby, I'm no longer able to pick things. If I drop them, then they I cannot get them back. Also, I cannot combine items (craft, repair).
If I log out and in again, the inventory is messed up. Sometimes items disappear.
