Ive noticed that when playing no matter what type of hat i'm wearing at the time that I have equipped. IF I directly equip the "head-light" then the hat I was wearing dissapears completely. It should drop into my vacinity area or even my inventory but it doesn't, it just vanishes in to thin air.
