I am having trouble taking items from another player i killed, I managed to get items into my inventory by dropping my backpack equiping other players backpack transfering items to my hands then moving the item to my coat. Once i had left the area I checked my inventory to find the items had disappeared, on going back to the boady the items had reappeared in the dead players inventory. I tryed the same method to get the items again tryed to use the anti biotics on the spot but could not use them, there were several items the medicine is what I needed most and remember it specificly not sure of all other items. I tryed another serve and randomly found a dead player I tryed to loot his body but could move players items to my inventory.
