Steps To Reproduce
Go prone on a slight hill looking up the hill, then get a friend to stand directly on your ass and lay down and you will fall through the map until you land in water, then just look up and you can see through the world swim to wherever you want to get and relog and you will spawn back in directly above where you swam to
