I have not tried to reproduce this, but I think it's worth noting that I was in the area as the server reset with the fireplace before I upgraded it to a stone oven. Before I upgraded it to a stone oven, and prior to the server reset, I extinguished the fire with water I had in my canteen. After the reset, the fireplace still remained. I upgraded it to a stone oven and was unable to light the fire.
