I've had this happen to me twice since the new update. I took off The jacket I was wearing and dropped it on the ground, assuming I'd be able to take the contents out of it via the vicinity tab, only to find that the shirt disappeared beneath the textures of the floor of the building I was in. I was unable to retrieve the items.

Steps To Reproduce
Equip a patrol jacket to your person (this is what I was wearing). Then, max out its item capacity. Find another jacket inside of a building laying on the ground. Drop your equipped patrol jacket, pick up the new jacket and equip it.
Additional Information
This may not recreate the issue every time, but this happened to me twice in one night, so if you try enough times you will get it to happen to you.
