Ever since the 2nd shoulder slot was added to the game, when your cursor is in the top row and you press "right", you are moved to the second row because the cursor position displayed is incorrect. A side effect of this is sometimes you try moving equipment to inventory or to hands and the wrong item gets moved. Also sometimes the cursor will get stuck in the top two equipment rows, and other times it will skip over one of the rows.

Steps To Reproduce
Equip items to all of your slots and move the cursor around. Open and close inventory UI, take an item to hands or send to inventory. Just try a bunch of stuff. It's a weird glitch that has been around for a long time.
