Huge Fps drops in big cities or during fights.
New, UrgentPublic

Description

When entering big cities like Topolin on Livonia or Elektro on Chernarus, the Ps4 is not powerful enough to render all the textures correctly resulting in huge fps drops (i'm guessing less than 10fps...). It is almost impossible to aim correctly, I would prefer a shovel over a Lar in Topolin center town. I have the feeling that the fps rate went down even more with the 1.07 on console and the new shadowing. This is litteraly unplayable.

During fights, a full auto weapon shooting is like a fps bomb for every player nearby. I guess the ps4 is again not poweeful enough to calculate every shot smoothly.

Additional Information

Personnal thoughs:

The Fps in general (even in forests or little towns) is too low to have a good experience on ps4.

I am very aware that this is a pc adaptation and a survival game. But you are focusing on cpu consuming details (immersive shadowing, zombie blood animations...) while we players can't shoot a gun in a town correctly. I really wonder if your dev team played the game on ps4, I mean for real.

I believe you should do the opposite on ps4. We do not have the processing power of a gaming computer. It is a hard rework for the dev team to smoothen the gameplay on ps4 but seriously the concept of the game itself is amazing and you guys are on something big if you can offer a stable and smooth game for us playstation gamers before big studios steal the whole concept of dedicated servers and persistant "open world" shooter. We do play for the concept on ps4, and obviously not for the graphics or the actual performance.

Thank you for reading me.
