I have to get a friend to wear and equip my night vision goggles through their toggle wheel in order to make it so that they work. My toggle wheel does not come up with anything that has anything to do with lights or night vision goggles.

Yes I have brand new batteries in them, I have checked and tried three different ones and try every battery that I come across. I have taken them off of my tactical helmet and put them back on my tactical helmet multiple times. I have replaced the universal flashlight on the side of my helmet with different universal flashlights. I have even replaced the batteries in my scopes on my guns thinking that might do something.
