After using the crafting action either to purify, combine, craft, etc., the game will completely crash and send you to the home screen while you're character sits there vulnerable (confirmed by team mate.)

Steps To Reproduce
Some crafting will continue to work properly until random crash, usually about every 5 crafts or so. Sometimes the very first crafting action done while logged in will cause complete game crash.
Additional Information
All combining/crafting actions used have cause game crash. Unknown how to set OS to XBOX One S, shows "windows 10 core" so I did windows 10
