When looking through a scope at night towards someone using a flashlight or any other light source, the light disappears and therefore you can't see anything, looking down the iron sights also cancels out the other players light but quit aiming altogether and their light reappears illuminating everything around them. Really frustrating when they're standing in the middle of the street and you can't see them every time you aim at them.
