An item can be place an wooden crate and after some time, or by pressing the "A" button to equip something from the crate to your hand, and if something is already in your hand, bugs the first item that was equipped in the hand slot, into the crate. The only method that seems to alleviate the issue, is to log out of the server, and back into the server while the crate is in the characters inventory.
