Items stuck in containers and vehicles. Besides what is mentioned in title, items won't move from container to hand, container to character inventory, container to ground, etc.

For vehicles this happens more, crates you can pick up then move item to character inventory MOST of the time, not all. Since barrels cannot be picked up with items in them they are stuck until they want to become unstuck.

Restarts and server stops then starts do not always work. Very random but very consistent, some items will be stuck permanently while others in the same or different containers will be able to move to ground after a few hours or days.
