Can build fence posts, but frames and panels either wood or metal will not actually show up even after animation finishes. This use to happen when the game first came to PS4 and the solution was to wait until server restart but even after restarting or stopping then starting private server again, the problem still presists.

Tried using different types of material (i.e. metal sheets, planks, etc).

Tried disassembling entirely and completely rebuilding with the same material. To include re-creating fence kit placement.

Tried the above but with all new material found after last restart. To include new fence kit made, new hammer used, new hatchet used, etc.
