When you look at a tree line with a scope frames drop dramatically.
Possible fix is lowering the trees graphics because it only occur when there are trees in the view of the scope.

Steps To Reproduce
When aiming in with a (hunter scope, pu scope, and binocular) if there is a tree line/forest with in line of sight”while aiming in with a scope“ The frame rate will drop Dramatically making snipping extremely annoying.
Additional Information
Im sure this bug only occurs on console.
I have a temporary solution: When aiming in lower the graphics and or render distances of the leaves this may or may not fix, but is worth a try to fix.
