Cannot reload weapon, holding triangle button to reload an empty shotgun just makes my character float forward. Tried to logging out of server and back in, still persisted. Tried changing to another server and still couldn't reload gun. Also couldn't open a can of food during the same fault. Had to kill my own character to not have the glitch moving forward. Have had this glitch/de-sync multiple times in last 2 days.

Fire bullets and often will be unable to re-load or open items, seems worse when a lot is going on in the game or has been going on.
