Other player not showing weapon in hands. Player shows with fists raised, but actually holding an automatic weapon. My character died because I stood there thinking the guy was just raising his fists at me, then he unloaded bullets.

Steps To Reproduce
Have seen it twice now while playing in Livornia on PS4, been killed due to it. It's a major bug as I don't know what I am up against, a player looks unarmed but is armed!
